Track the Yack
The Track the Yack voice of customer (VOC) study, part of the CMO Council's Reinvent Mobile campaign, gathers nearly 10,000 distinct sentiments based on some 4,000 online conversations between mobile PC users to analyze the preferences of today's diverse digital user base worldwide.
